Thiess Joins Quadrem Global eMarketplace

Amsterdam ― 1 December 2009 ― On 13 October 2009, Thiess officially “went live” becoming a part of the Quadrem Global eMarketplace. Thiess (www.thiess.com) is a leading mining, construction, and services organisation with operations across Australia, Indonesia and the UAE.

By joining Quadrem, Thiess becomes a viable member of a global community of more than 60 established buying companies like BHP Billiton, Anglo American and Rio Tinto and will be able to utilise the Quadrem Global eMarketplace to transact efficiently with more than 65,000 suppliers via one common electronic platform.

The Electronic Commerce Code Management Association (ECCMA) has certified Quadrem as a ISO8000-110 Master Data Quality Manager.
