Quadrem Professional Services employs an eight-to-ten week process specifically designed to provide the quickest path to savings:
Spend Analysis: Using our Quadrem Spend Intelligence (QSI) web-based tool, we can easily categorize and map millions of records of Accounts Payable data and provide you with the reporting capability to know exactly where your money is going. There is little to no hardware or software investment and a minimal IT presence.
Category Assessment: By using the output of QSI, we create a strategic sourcing roadmap of workable tactical projects and quick wins that identify supply risk, cost savings and a completely defined sourcing plan.
e-Sourcing event: Quadrem Professional Services can work with you or completely manage the sourcing events. We leverage Quest, a robust RFx tool that determines the best Total Cost of Ownership and savings. We can target one or two RFx events or work with your to prioritize a complete sourcing roadmap.

We offer a full array of additional services, including strategy workshops, training and warehouse optimization to further help your business achieve its highest savings goals.
Executive Strategy Workshops: Help set the procurement team’s goals, KPI’s, and action plans. Links the company’s priorities with those of Procurement and then ranks and aligns projects. Previous workshops have cemented value drivers, developed mission statements and created key Procurement Principles.
Organizational Design: Matched the procurement goals (either created above or provided) to an organization capable of delivering the value. This work can include a 1, 3 & 5 year team plan and include job descriptions.
Procurement Training: QPS offers three training classes to help build the skills of existing team members and provide a methodology. Classes can be tailored to be relevant to a client’s business. Today’s classes include: Strategic Sourcing, Category Management and Negotiations.
Process Design: Many companies are missing the efficiencies available through P2P or their ERP because of inefficient internal processes. QPS can work with a company to redesign their internal processes targeting the right level of risk to the right level of controls.
Policy Development: “Who” does “What”, “When”, “Why” and How is not well documented in a large majority of companies. Policy and process is mandatory for e-enablement and QPS can assist our clients with sorting this out.
Warehouse Optimization: In conjunction with Xtivity and the Data Optimization team, QPS can work with a client to right size their inventories. This may be preceded by Strategic Sourcing to set the right level of supply risk and supply continuity, or be a reevaluation of warehouse procedures or Economic Order Quantity evaluation.
